How to attract investments into a startup? How to create a company that will successfully grow and develop?

It is necessary to show the investor the guarantees, as well as a clear and legal investment scheme.

Until recently, the main investment schemes were:

  • Loan with a guarantee provided by the founders of the company;
  • pledge of a share or part of a share;
  • acquisition of a share in the statutory fund of the company.
With the adoption of Decree N 8 «Оn the development of the digital economy» we have the opportunity to apply new investment mechanisms that are more attractive to foreign investors:

    Loan amount under such agreement can be repaid by shares or a share in the statutory fund of the borrowing organization

    Shareholder agreement

    Contract concerning the rights of participants. The rules of foreign law may be applied to such an agreement

    ICO (Initial coin offering)

    The form of investment associated with the issue and sale of its own crypto currency. The ISO investment scheme is not regulated by the securities and professional exchange laws
